Shiloh was plainly seen in a body bag at GH, after Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) shot him with a flare gun in defense of Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) on the Haunted Star. Someone would have had to intercept him at the GH morgue and save him.
According to the theory, Shiloh underwent plastic surgery to alter his looks after pretending to die, and he might have initially convinced himself that he was Drew. In the past, Shiloh fathered a child with Willow, but unfortunately, the baby did not live long after birth.
This could suggest that Shiloh initially plotted to impersonate Drew in hopes of having another opportunity to be with Willow and have a child, although he may also have darker intentions.
Willow May Come To Her Senses And Realize She And Her Children Are In Danger
