What really happened between Savannah Chrisley and Robert Shiver? Heartbreaking Breakup

Savannah Chrisley and Robert Shiver have officially called it quits after nearly 2 years of dating.

The Chrisley Knows Best alum confirmed the breakup on her podcast Unlocked, revealing that the couple quietly ended their relationship on March 6th, 2025.

“It’s been about a month and a half since Robert and I broke up,” Savannah shared during the April 14th episode. “Not that I’m keeping track of dates or anything, but I’ve taken a lot of time to process things and truly grieve the loss of the relationship I thought would be forever.”

The couple began dating in August 2023, with their romance becoming public a month later. Savannah had previously expressed her deep gratitude for Robert—especially his role in helping her care for her younger siblings, Grayson and Chloe, while their parents, Todd and Julie Chrisley, remain in prison.

“This has just shown me that you can find beauty in the ashes,” Savannah had told People at the time. “I’m just so grateful to have such an amazing person in my life that shows up and is a positive influence on the kids.”

Their relationship wasn’t without challenges. Robert Shiver was dealing with serious legal issues involving his estranged wife Lindsay, who is currently awaiting trial for allegedly plotting his murder.

While Savannah once hinted at marriage talks between them, she acknowledged that Robert needed time to work through his personal situation.

“We’ve definitely talked about it,” she said earlier this year. “But he’s got some stuff to work through on his side of things before that can ever happen.”

Despite the difficult ending, Savannah approached the split with maturity and honesty.

“I’ve let you guys into my life, and that includes the good and the bad,” she said on her podcast. “This sucks. It hurts. But I’m navigating this stage of my life the best I can.”

The breakup marks another tough chapter for Savannah, who also faced heartbreak last year after the tragic death of her former fiancé, Nick Kerdiles, in September 2023.

While Savannah hasn’t shared if she’s dating again, she made it clear her focus remains on her family and healing.
