‘General Hospital’ Spoilers: Chad Duell’s GH Exit; Carly And Willow Fight For Custody Of Her And Michael’s Kids

‘General Hospital’ (GH) spoilers reveal that by the end of the week of January 6th to 10th, Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) issues a stern warning to someone, and we have every reason to believe that person is Willow Tait Corinthos (Katelyn MacMullen).

‘General Hospital’ Spoilers: Willow Took Wiley To DC Without Michael’s Permission

Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) wisely phoned his lawyer, Diane Miller (Carolyn Hennesy). He let her know that Willow took Wiley Corinthos (Viron Weaver) with her to Washington, DC. They saw Drew get sworn in as congressman without Michael’s knowledge.

Michael lets Willow take the kids to Ninas

At the start of the week, Willow will receive a legal document that will kick off her custody battle with Michael. He’s not going to want Drew around his kids after he slept with his wife.

However, everything is about to change when Sonny Corinthos’s (Maurice Benard) penthouse goes up in flames with Michael trapped inside.

Michael will need to be treated for severe burns, probably at a clinic somewhere, and he’ll be out of commission for a while.

Of course, Willow will try to use this opportunity to fight for sole custody, as Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) and Drew Quartermaine (Cameron Mathison) urge her to take action.

'General Hospital' Spoilers Carly does not want the kids to leave with Willow and Nina

Carly won’t let that happen, as she would never allow Willow to gain the upper hand regarding Michael’s kids. She won’t sit idly by and watch Willow take her son’s children.

Meanwhile, Sonny and Nina will have a more civil conversation. They will come to a compromise while Michael is unable to care for his children.

Sonny wants to do what’s best for Wiley and Amelia Corinthos (Sequoia and Serenity Mork Macko). Sonny likely agrees that, for now, the kids should stay with Willow.

‘General Hospital’ Spoilers: Carly Doesn’t Back Down From A Fight

Sonny and Nina may come to an understanding, but Carly may not be as agreeable. She knows Willow is grooming Drew to be a second father to Wiley and Amelia.

Michael saw Drew and Willow in the play room

Carly knows how much that hurts Michael, and she’s a mama bear. She will not play and won’t hesitate to call Willow out. If the situation escalates, Carly and Willow may even fight each other for custody of the kids.

Carly could undoubtedly use that convenient recording of Willow and Drew having sex in Scout Quartermaine’s (Cosette Abinante) playroom to show what an unfit mother she is.

Willow is about to discover that Carly isn’t one to back down from a fight, especially if it involves her kids. Willow has disregarded Michael’s feelings throughout this whole ordeal.

When that recording was played at the Quartermaine Christmas party, Willow was more concerned with the fact that Michael had already seen Drew and Willow’s tawdry tryst instead of caring that Michael was in pain over the betrayal.

Carly will tell Willow that the custody battle will still happen, and she can’t use Michael’s misfortune to her advantage.

Michael may not want Carly to take Wiley and Amelia from Willow. As he’s mentioned before, he knows what it was like for him when Sonny and Carly were getting divorced. He remembers how much it tore the family apart.

That being said, Willow should brace herself because she’s about to feel the full weight of Carly’s wrath.
